1 Where are the ./configure script and the Makefile's?

3 Configure and Make scripts are not included in the git source tree. They are
4 automatically generated by the CMake script.

6 Just use the following instruction to generate everything needed for the
7 traditional "make" and "make install" build process.

9 cmake -G "Unix Makefiles"

11 Please note that "configure" script is not needed anymore, as platform
12 checks are now done by CMake.
